This week’s Fitness Flash mixes one of my personal favorites, Squats, with your upper torso for a little Squat & Sculpt.

I love moves that are deceptively easy. Take for example this week’s move, “Sit and Sculpt, ” it works your hamstrings, glutes, abs, upper back and shoulders.
