The Kings of Leon shunned Glee’s request to use their music for Glee-rific remix.
The reason? They don’t want to sell out.
So Journey, Usher,Lady Gaga, Madonna and Rihanna and soon Paul McCartney are all selling out by lending their music to Glee?
According to the King of Leon bassist, they totally turn down stuff constantly, including a guest appearance on Ugly Betty.
Is lending your music to a show that promotes the performing arts in a society where we have to Save The Music in schools really selling out? What do you think?
