Meet CPK’s newest menu item: Quinoa + Arugula Salad
Quinoa, arugula, red onion, sun-dried tomatoes, asparagus and toasted pine nuts tossed in homemade champagne vinaigrette and topped with Feta. Naturally I had them add avocado.
It was pretty delicious and it didn’t leave me hungry or sluggish. I’m a fan!
