Special Guest: Tim Roberts has a multifaceted career in dance. Aside from dancing professionally, Tim is a teacher, choreographer and aerobic champion. Tim helped choreograph and also performed in the closing ceremonies of the Summer Olympics in Barcelona. TV credits extend from Disney to award shows and the ESPN National Aerobic Championships. Tim has appeared on Broadway in Swing and also toured with the first national company of Jelly's Last Jam, starring Maurice Hines and Savion Glover.
Master of Ceremonies: Roxanne Wilson is 6-year Jazzercise instructor committed to a balanced life, and maintaining a sound mind, body, and spirit. Roxanne serves as national spokesperson for the Make·A·Wish Foundation and ambassador for the Make·A·Wish Foundation of Central and South Texas. Recently competing in the final four of NBC's The Apprentice, season 5, Roxanne is a retired attorney and author. In addition to appearing on television and radio programs nationally, Roxanne currently hosts Texas talent search program, "Inspire the Desire."

Fill out and sign the registration form below, turn in registration form and fee to your instructor.
· $100 minimum in pledges is required for event admission.
· $20 Registration fee due by July 7 or $30 Registration fee after July 8 - checks should be made payable to Jazzercise.
· Check or cash pledges payable to Make·A·Wish Foundation due to instructors by September 10. Pledges after September 10 should be turned in at the event.
· Pledges by credit card can be made online at http://www.centralandsouthtexas.wish.org/jazz.php due by September 10.
· Participants at the event will receive a Jazzercise For Wishes tote.
* 90% of each dollar benefits Make·A·Wish Foundation.
