Last week I had the pleasure of teaching a Jazzercise class to Westwood High School’s Pacesetters. A group of sophomore, junior, and senior women who are leaders in the community. Each January they focus on fitness and health. What better way to kick that off than with a Jazzercise class?
When you watch the video, you will see they dress up a la ’80s for the big event. Too funny. Needless to say they got a workout.
