Alright I haven’t been fitness motivated all year.
While others were using January to take fitness by the horns and rock their body, I decided: I’ll wait until February.
February came and went rather quickly and I still wasn’t feeling it. Let’s face it if you don’t feel like working out, you won’t. Beyond teaching Jazzercise a couple days a week and my Wednesday yoga, I just haven’t pushed myself…out of balance.
Thanks to Living Social (a Groupon-like website), I pulled out my MomAgenda and penned in, much more permanent than pencil, Yoga three times a week for the month of April…
I’m excited to see what it does for my body. Finally a spark.
Here is my plan (in addition to my base of teaching Jazzercise):
- Yoga three days a week
- Meat a maximum of 1 time a day
- Drink Jamba Juice Berry Protein Workout Smoothie as a meal replacement three times a week.
There is something about starting your fitness regimen in the second quarter of year that just takes the pressure off.
I see it as a fun challenge. Will my arms fall off from all the planks I’ll be doing? We will just have to wait and see.
